Interaction Design & Strategy / GE Aviation

At GE Aviation, I was the lead designer for GE’s largest internal engineering desktop application. I worked closely with a technical product owner, a functional product owner, and a team of 12 developers on this project. I was the main design representative in roadmap planning and overall design strategy for this product, and for each feature I led activities such as contextual inquiry, persona creation, user flows, wireframes, usability testing, high fidelity visual design, and final design implementation.
